Pro's and Cons of operating systems

Pro’s

·      Free operating system

·      Easy to use

·      User friendly

·      Short installation time

Con’s

·      Not all programs are compatible

·      Takes a little bit of practice to get used to

Windows 7

Pro’s

·      Easy to use

·      User friendly

·      Easy navigation

Con’s

·      Hard to get a computer with it preinstalled

Windows 8

Pro’s

·      Microsoft’s latest OS

Con’s

·      Hard navigation on computers without touchscreen

·      Hard to change the navigation menu

·      Totally different to previous windows OS

Overall

In my opinion I would recommend windows 7 out of the 3 operating systems. This is because it is what most business’s use and it is an easy to use interface. Even though windows 8 has taken over from windows 7, I still think that it is the better operating system to use.
